McLeansboro Family Clinic and Carmi Family Clinic will offer free sports physicals to incoming Hamilton County, Carmi White County and NCOE high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors starting June 11 on every Thursday and Friday by appointment only. Sports physicals must be completed by June 26. 

To participate, students or parents should call McLeansboro Family Clinic at 618-643-2988 or Carmi Family Clinic at 618-382-5030 to make an appointment.
